33rd Capital Market Anniversary

Celebrating the 33rd Indonesia Capital Market Reactivation Anniversary (HUT PM-33) and the Holy Month of Ramadhan 1431 H, Bapepam-LK in cooperation with Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), Indonesian Clearing and Guarantee Corporation (KPEI), and Indonesian Central Securities Depository (KSEI) held a Gathering for Hospitality and Fasting Break with Capital Market Society on August 18th, 2010 at IDX Gallery. Taxation Workshop

On March 26, 2010, Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) held a Taxation Workshop, which was attended by 171 representatives of Exchange Members. The workshop was held in relation with the issuance of the Regulation of Directorate General of Taxation No. PER-61/PJ/2009 dated November 5, 2009 concerning the Procedures for Implementing Double Tax Avoidance Agreements, and Regulation No. PER-62/PJ/2009 dated November 5, 2009 concerning the Prevention of Double Tax Avoidance Agreements Abuse and Value Added Tax. Acting as the speaker in the workshop was the representative of Prime Consult.
